Digital Delivery Policy

LumiNest Digital is individually owned and operated by Zheng Tao. This policy explains how we deliver printable products. Every product sold on this website is a digital product. No physical item will be packaged or shipped.

1. What you receive

Each product page identifies the included files and printable pages. Unless stated otherwise, the download is a ZIP package containing a print-ready US Letter PDF, quick-start instructions, and a personal-use license.

2. When access is provided

After payment is successfully authorized, a download link is normally made available on the order confirmation page, in the order email, and in the My Account area when an account is used. Payment review, fraud screening, network interruptions, or an incorrect email address may delay delivery.

3. Customer responsibilities

Before purchasing, confirm that your device can open ZIP and PDF files. Use a current browser, maintain access to the email address entered at checkout, and save a backup copy after downloading. Printing results may vary by printer, paper, ink, and display settings.

4. Missing or inaccessible downloads

If a paid order does not provide access, first check the order email, spam folder, and My Account downloads. Then contact PatriciaMclaughlin2957@hotmail.com with the order number and checkout email. We normally respond within two business days and may verify the purchase before restoring access.

5. Updates and availability

A purchase covers the version described on the product page at the time of purchase. Future redesigns, expanded editions, or unrelated products are not included unless expressly stated. We may replace a file to correct an error or security issue.

6. No shipping charges

Digital-only orders do not require a shipping address or shipping fee. Any billing information requested at checkout is used for payment processing, fraud prevention, tax, or legal recordkeeping.
