Terms of Service

LumiNest Digital is individually owned and operated by Zheng Tao. These Terms of Service govern access to this website and purchases from the store. By using the website, placing an order, or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, and Digital Refund Policy.

1. Store and eligibility

You must provide accurate checkout information and be legally capable of entering a contract in your location. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials confidential.

2. Products, prices, and orders

Products are original digital printable files; no physical item is included. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors, update descriptions, limit quantities, reject or cancel fraudulent or unauthorized orders, and refund a canceled payment when appropriate. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and digital access is provided.

3. Personal-use license

After a completed purchase, we grant the purchasing customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, print, and use the files for personal household use. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Zheng Tao, the individual operator of LumiNest Digital, and/or applicable licensors.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, publish, copy for others, use as a commercial template, remove ownership notices, claim authorship, train an automated system on the files, or use the products or website for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activity.

5. Digital delivery and refunds

Delivery is governed by the Digital Delivery Policy. Refunds and corrections are governed by the Digital Refund Policy. Because access may be immediate, customers should review the title, included pages, format, price, system requirements, and license before purchasing.

6. Accuracy and printing

We aim to describe products accurately, but screen colors, printer output, scaling, and paper may vary. Customers are responsible for compatible software and suitable printing settings. Product previews are illustrative and the included-file list controls if a preview and description differ.

7. No professional advice or guaranteed result

Planners and worksheets are general organizational tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, safety, or other professional advice and do not guarantee savings, improved health, a successful move, or any other result.

8. Third-party services

The store may depend on hosting, payment, email, analytics, or security providers. Their services and external links are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or unavailable systems beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Zheng Tao, as the individual operator of LumiNest Digital, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

10. Suspension, changes, and severability

We may suspend access for fraud, infringement, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
