Digital Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from LumiNest Digital, an online store individually owned and operated by Zheng Tao. Digital files can be accessed and copied immediately. For that reason, sales are generally final once a download has been made available, except where this policy or applicable law requires otherwise.

1. Eligible issues

Contact us within seven days of purchase if you were charged more than once for the same order, received a file different from the product purchased, received a corrupted or incomplete file, or encounter a material technical defect that prevents reasonable use and that we cannot correct.

2. Issues that are normally not refundable

We do not normally refund change-of-mind purchases, accidental purchases after the file has been accessed, failure to read the product description, lack of compatible PDF or ZIP software, printer or ink differences, or requests based only on personal preference. Digital templates are organizational tools and do not guarantee a particular personal, financial, or household result.

3. How to request help

Email PatriciaMclaughlin2957@hotmail.com with the order number, checkout email, product name, and a clear description or screenshot of the problem. Do not send complete card details or account passwords.

4. Our resolution process

We may first provide troubleshooting, a replacement link, or a corrected file. If an eligible problem cannot be resolved, we may issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

5. Duplicate payments and unauthorized activity

Report suspected duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly so we can investigate the order record. You may also have rights through your payment provider. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute when practical so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
